Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase, and your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

To request a refund, contact us at wsvbeauty@gmail.com. We do not require you to ship the item back to us — once your request is approved, your refund will be processed directly, with no return shipping necessary.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items not eligible for a refund

We're unable to offer refunds on gift cards or items marked as final sale at the time of purchase. If you have questions about whether a specific item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise this right, contact us at wsvbeauty@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to inform us of your decision to withdraw. As with our standard policy, we do not require the item to be shipped back to us. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will process your refund, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days.

Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued on our end, and note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
